Together, we are building authentic Rummer homes and establishing the new standard of making mid century design, modern.

A New Era for Midcentury Modern Development
Bob Rummer along with friend, Terry Gilson spent the last few years exploring ways to build again, trying to find the right person to lead the way to make Bob’s vision a reality. Through a mutual connection, they were introduced to our Founder & CEO Aubrey McCormick.
Bob specifically chose Aubrey for her focus on sustainability, finish materials that mimic nature, and systematic approach to construction.
There was one caveat. Bob wanted Aubrey to meet Chad Pierson, his protégé and close family friend. As an established builder with over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Chad is the perfect fit to lead the charge of building the next generation of Rummer homes.
